   Although artificial intelligence is diminishing the importance of programming, computer science student Lino Hofstetter remains convinced that he made the right choice of degree programme. In the video, he explains why. He also talks about why it is important to make time for your hobbies and why you should be on campus as much as possible when you start your studies. 

2. Climate policies: The swing voters that determine their fate

   A large-scale international study spanning 13 EU countries shows that when it comes to climate policy proposals, the decisive factor is not the pro- or con-camps that are decisive, but a substantial middle group. This middle group responds differently depending on the specific climate policy, and their opinions often determine whether a policy gains majority support

3. How boron helps to produce key proteins for new cancer therapies

   Chemists from ETH Zurich have found a way to produce poorly soluble proteins by caging a uniquely reactive boron compound. This method opens up new possibilities for the synthesis of tailored protein therapeutics, including cancer treatments.
